Privacy Policy

The short version

Rage Meter tracks the things that stress you out so you can watch them fade. Your data is yours: we collect the minimum needed to make the app work, we don't run ads, we don't use third-party analytics, and we never sell or share your information.

What we collect

• Email address — used only to create and sign in to your account.
• Rage events — the trigger or calm action you tap, its point value, and the time you logged it. That's the entire product.

In guest mode (no account), events are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device and never reach our servers.

Where it's stored

Account data lives in a Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) database. Row-level security ensures each account can only ever read or modify its own events. The app is served by Vercel. These infrastructure providers process data on our behalf and have no rights to use it otherwise.

What we don't do

• No advertising, ad networks, or tracking pixels.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data.
• No third-party analytics or profiling.
• Notifications (native app) are scheduled locally on your device — nothing about them is sent to a server.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual log entries in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, use the delete-account option in the app or email hendercap@gmail.com from your account's email address — we'll remove everything within 30 days.

Children

Rage Meter is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
